Rule # 4: Pacer Is Not Allowed During The Race

Every runner will not be allowed to have any Pacer during the Race.

If two competing runners would pace each other, the other runner is either on the front, back, or far left side of the runner.

What if runners are chatting side by side because they are bored out of their wits, will that be okay?

Having companion to finish a difficult race like this should not be penalized. Thanks.
